Melbourne based SEA photographer Jesse Marlow has won the inaugural London Street Photography 2011 Festival award! Jesse was flown to London last week to accept his award and also lead a Street Photography workshop while he was there. Jesse’s winning images from his ongoing series ‘Don’t Just Tell Them, Show Them’ are being exhibited alongside the work of Vivian Maier at The German Gymnasium at London’s Kings Cross for the month of July. Jesse’s work is internationally known and acclaimed. Last year he was published in Thames and Hudson’s ‘Street Photography Now’, a book showcasing the work of forty-six of the best image makers in the world, known for their candid depictions of public life.
Jesse is one of Melbourne’s busiest photographers!
